SERDERA GROUPWARE-DEVELOPER LICENSE AGREEMENT
The provisions of this SERDERA GROUPWARE-DEVELOPER LICENSE Agreement (the DEVELOPER License) regulate a commercial license to use, amend and modify the accompanying software SERDERA GROUPWARE-DEVELOPER (the Software). Subject to the provisions of the DEVELOPER License, you will be free to distribute the Software only in an amended, modified and/or added new components version.
The DEVELOPER License only includes Software copyrighted by Integrated Methods Sdn. Bhd. (hereafter “IMSB”)
Upon the condition that you accept the terms of this DEVELOPER License, IMSB will hereby license to you the rights to use the Software. Please read all the terms carefully, when using, amending, modifying or distributing the Software you will be legally bound by the DEVELOPER License and accept the terms and conditions contained below.
DEVELOPER LICENCE:
The Software that accompanies this DEVELOPER License is the property of IMSB and is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties. IMSB continues to own the Software and you will be entitled to use the Software in certain ways after your acceptance of this DEVELOPER License. Your right to use the Software will be within the limits set forth in this DEVELOPER License and applicable law.
Except as may be modified by a license addendum which accompanies this DEVELOPER License, your rights and obligations with respect to the use of this Software are as follows:
YOU MAY:
- Install and use the Software independently for your use under the provisions of this DEVELOPER License.
- Receive the complete source code for the Software.
- Re-brand the Software for re-sale in only amended, modified and/or added new components to the Software versions and/or integrated (combination of programming between the Software and your product codes) into your product.
- Make amendments, modifications and/or add new components to the Software. You may distribute the Software with its amendments, modifications and/or add new components as long as the new user has a valid license of the Software. In not any circumstances will IMSB be liable for maintenance and warranty for the amended, modified and/or added new components to the Software.
While IMSB is and will be the owner and copyright holder of the SERDERA GROUPWARE-DEVELOPER source code; amendments, modifications and/or add new components to the Software will be the property of the originating party.
YOU MAY NOT:
- Resell or give to others your DEVELOPER license. The License follows a person within the company, which is the owner of the License.
- Resell or give to others the rights given to you by this DEVELOPER License, without making sure the receiver has a valid IMSB DEVELOPER License.
- Distribute under any of the product names of SERDERA GROUPWARE, unless otherwise is agreed upon.
DISCLAIMER OF DAMAGES:
In no event will IMSB or any contributors or partners of SERDERA GROUPWARE-DEVELOPER are liable to you for any special, consequential, indirect or similar damages, including any lost profits or lost data arising from the use or inability to use the Software. The Software comes with no warranty and support.
GENERAL:
The laws of Malaysia will govern this Agreement. This Agreement may only be modified by a written document that has been signed by IMSB.
