1. We do not reveal any personally identifiable information that we collect about you, your use of the     Services or any information that you post on your Site to anyone else.

During the registration process, IntegratedMethods.com may collect personally identifiable information from the Subscribing Organizations, Members and our Website visitors. IntegratedMethods.com may also collect personally identifiable information at other times. IntegratedMethods.com uses such information only for its own internal use. We will not sell, rent or release a Subscribing Organizations, Members and our Website visitors personally identifiable information to any other party except with its explicit permission or under special circumstances. In addition, we will not access or release the Site Information except at the request of the Subscribing Organization or under certain rare special circumstances.

a) Use of personally identifiable information by IntegratedMethods.com :

In order to improve our Service, provide content and develop applications and services that are useful to our Subscribing Organizations, Members and our Website visitors, IntegratedMethods.com automatically gathers information on an aggregate basis about the applications, services and pages of a Site that Members visit and use. A Subscribing Organizations, Members and our Website visitors’ personally identifiable information cannot be linked to any of this information. IntegratedMethods.com also uses demographic information and profile data about Subscribing Organizations, Members and our Website visitors for these purposes.

b) Personally identifiable information and Third Party Providers :

IntegratedMethods.com may partner with Third Party Providers to provide special services, products, discounts or other information that will benefit our Subscribing Organizations and their Members. The free features of our Services are funded by our Third Party Providers.

If a Subscribing Organizations, Members and our Website visitors is asked for personally identifiable or other information, that Subscribing Organizations, Members and our Website visitors is providing this information only to IntegratedMethods.com, unless the Subscribing Organizations, Members and our Website visitors is registering for, purchasing or using services or products provided by a Third Party Provider, or using a service offered by a Third Party Provider as part of the IntegratedMethods.com Services. Personally identifiable and other information may also be collected by our Third Party Providers when Subscribing Organizations, Members and our Website visitors view or access pages, or view or respond to an advertisement or promotion offered by one of our Third Party Providers on this Website, the Sites or Third Party Provider websites. Collection and use by a Third Party Provider of any information that is transmitted to a Third Party Provider will be subject to such Provider's privacy policy, and IntegratedMethods.com has no responsibility or liability for such independent policies or the Providers' use of such information. Although we choose all partners carefully, we advise that all Members review a Third Party Provider's privacy statement prior to registering for or using their service.

c) Privacy with regard to advertising :

All advertisement and promotional offers will appear as ads or promotions, and the Subscribing Organizations, Members and our Website visitors have no obligation to respond to them.

Like many other companies with its corporate website and online services, IntegratedMethods.com may use advertising servers to provide ads and promotions to its Subscribing Organizations, Members and our Website visitors. The advertising servers belong to Third Party Providers. They collect information from Subscribing Organizations, Members and our Website visitors concerning their use of the Site, and share such anonymous profile information with IntegratedMethods.com on an aggregate basis only.

The information collected by Third Party Providers are subject to the Third Party Providers Privacy Statement. Subscribing Organizations, Members and our Website visitors should note that IntegratedMethods.com has no responsibility or liability for such independent policies. We encourage you to review the Third Party Providers Privacy Statement . Subscribing Organizations, Members and our Website visitors concerned about Third Party Providers use of cookies or practices for collection of data may choose to opt out of the Third Party Providers cookies by following the instructions provided on the Third Party Providers website.

IntegratedMethods.com's own use of any information that our Third Party Providers share with us is subject to this Privacy Statement.

d) Creation of anonymous profiles :

IntegratedMethods.com uses information that it collects about Subscribing Organizations and Members to create Member preference profiles that help us attract Third Party Providers. IntegratedMethods.com and its Third Party Providers also use these Member preference profiles on an anonymous basis to help them customize Subscribing Organizations' and Members' experiences at their Sites. Anonymous Member preference profiles are shared with Third Party Providers, but unless a Member otherwise expressly elects, the profiles do not reveal any personally identifiable information and the Third Party Provider cannot use them to determine an individual Member's identity. Any other information that we share with our Third Party Providers or that they share with us is shared ONLY in aggregate form.

e) Use of cookies :

In order to offer our Services and to better respond to any problems Subscribing Organizations and Members may experience with the Services or corporate website, IntegratedMethods.com uses cookies.

Our Service uses cookies in two ways. First, we use them to identify Members in order for them to use the Site. This cookie expires at the end of each Member session unless the Member affirmatively elects to use the "Remember My Password" feature at the time he first logs in to the Site. We also use cookies to store and sometimes track information and record Member preferences. This information cannot be linked to a Member's personally identifiable information except for internal purposes when necessary (to contact a Member, for example). These cookies are an integral part of providing the Services. If a Member's browser does not accept cookies, the Member cannot use the Services.

Our corporate website uses two anonymous cookies in order to administer our website and best serve our visitors. The first is used to track how visitors have come to our site, and expires after 24 hours. The second cookie is used to determine how frequently a visitor or Member visits our corporate website, and expires after 1 year. Both of these anonymous cookies do not include any personally identifiable information about a site visitor, Member or Subscribing Organization.

Our Third Party Providers may also use their own cookies. Our Privacy Statement does not apply to their cookies, which are subject to the terms of their own privacy policies

3. We use industry-standard technology and other means to keep your information as secure as possible.

At IntegratedMethods.com, we know the security of your site and data is an important issue for you. IntegratedMethods.com exercises great care to secure your personally identifiable information and Site Information, and has implemented security measures in accordance with industry-standard practice. IntegratedMethods.com uses multi-layered security to protect your intranet site, and we are continuously engaged in examining and updating security as we update our Service. Internally, we restrict access to all personally identifiable information and Site Information to employees who need access to the information in order to do their jobs. Although we strive to provide for secure transmission of Subscribing Organization and Member personally identifiable information and all Site Information from the Member's computer to IntegratedMethods.com's servers and for secure storage of all Site Information, IntegratedMethods.com cannot warrant the security of any information Subscribing Organizations or Members transmit to us or from our online services or store on the Sites, and Subscribing Organizations and Members do so at their own risk.

4. We give you certain choices concerning collection and use of information about you.

Except for a few specific instances, Subscribing Organizations and Members may always elect :

- not to transmit any personally identifiable information to, or use or receive any Service for which a fee is charged, special service, product, discount, or promotional communications from, IntegratedMethods.com or our Third Party Providers
- to decline or not use advertisements or services that require them to transmit certain information to our Third Party Providers
- to remove their personally identifiable information from the Site, or
- to discontinue the Site use and having all information deleted

Subscribing Organizations and Members can exercise some of these options by telling us during the registration process or when they choose to receive or use a specific advertisement, service or product.

If information is being collected by any entity other than a Third Party Provider or if it will be disclosed by IntegratedMethods.com in any manner not described in this Privacy Statement, Subscribing Organizations and Members will be given prior notice, and can always elect not to use that particular service or provide the Information.

If a Subscribing Organization discontinues its Site use, all the personally identifiable information of the Subscribing Organization and its Members will be removed from our databases (other than in aggregate form), and the Site and all of its Site Information will be removed and/or deleted from our servers.

A Subscribing Organization or Member may update or modify any of its personally identifiable information by using the Site or Member Options tabs in their IntegratedMethods.com Site.
